* WHAT...West winds 30 to 40 mph, with gusts up to 65 mph.* WHERE...Eastern Toole and Liberty Counties, Bears Paw Mountainsand Southern Blaine County, Cascade County below 5000ft, JudithBasin County and Judith Gap, Fergus County below 4500ft, and Snowyand Judith Mountains.* WHEN...Until noon MDT Wednesday.* IMPACTS...Tree damage and isolated power outages are possiblegiven the emergence of foliage. Strong crosswinds will causedifficult travel for drivers of high profile vehicles or thosetowing trailers.
